It was received at a joint meeting of the executive of the National Union of rail waymen and transport workers federa- tion today to tighten the embargo on imported coal. An appeal will also be made to the Duteh and Freuch transport workers and the international transport federation for the institution of a blockade. . Grenada, May 13th.—The Hon. W. S. Commission, C. M. G,. K .C.. for many years senior unofficial member of the executive and legislative council of this colony died here this morning.
