ACTNO. 8459 BILL NO. 34-0030 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2021 An Act amending title 4 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 11, section 172 relating to the Virgin Islands Superior Court’s jurisdiction over children to divest the court of jurisdiction over judicial consent for the marriage of a child Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 4 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 11, section 172 is amended by striking subsection (e) in its entirety. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on August 3, 2021.
