ACTNO. 8491 BILL NO. 34-0126 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2021 An Act providing an appropriation for the operating expenses of the Public Employees Relations Board and the Labor Management Committee for the fiscal year October 1, 2021, to September 30, 2022 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, there is appropriated from the General Fund of the Virgin Islands the sum of $1,496,909 to the Public Employees Relations Board and $185,000 to the Labor Management Committee for operating expenses.
