ACT NO, 79338 BILL NO. 31-0329 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2016 An Act amending title 3 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 18, section 302 to require that the Department of Sports, Parks and Recreation submit to the Legislature a listing of all vendor spaces ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 3 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 18 is amended at the end of section 302 by adding paragraphs (26) and (27) to read as follows: “(26) create, maintain and submit a listing of all vacant and occupied vendor spaces as part of its annual executive budget submitted to the Legislature; (27) annually publish on the Department's website a listing of all vacant and occupied vendor spaces.” Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 20, 2016.
