Potter and Novelle E. Francis, Jr. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: 1 SECTION 1. The sum of $1,000,000 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 2 30, 2026, from the Virgin Islands Education Initiative Fund to the School Construction, 3 Maintenance and Capital Fund for distribution as follows: 4 2185/2188 VI EDUCATION INITIATIVE FUND FY2026 5 SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE & CAPITAL FUND $1,000,000 6 TOTAL SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE & CAPITAL 7 FUND $1,000,000 8 TOTAL VI EDUCATION INITIATIVE FUND $1,000,000 9 BILL SUMMARY 10 2 This bill appropriates the sum of $1,000,000 in the fiscal year ending September 30, 1 2026, from the Virgin Islands Education Initiative Fund to the School Construction, 2 Maintenance and Capital Fund. …
