October 6 October 6, 2020 | 5:00 PM AST U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS —  The 33 rd  Legislature met in session on Tuesday and approved the request of Governor Albert Bryan Jr. to extend the State of Emergency for 60 days until December 8. With the extension, the Governor’s current Executive Orders remain in effect in an effort to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 in the Territory.
