C., on 27 April 1920, in the name of the Indian Packing Corporation, a corporation or- ganized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware and trade-mark certificate No. 130,525 issued therefor, has this date been registered in the office of the Government Secretary of the Vir- gin Islands of the United States, at St. Thomas, in accordance with the provi- sions contained in regulations issued by the Governor.
