Lewis Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: 1 SECTION 1. Title 27 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 17, section 451a, subsection (b), is 2 amended in the second sentence by striking “two” and inserting “three”, and by striking “on 3 any one island” and inserting “in any district”. 4 BILL SUMMARY 5 This bill changes the maximum number of members that can reside in any district to three 6 members for the Board of Licensing of Barbering and Cosmetology. 7 BR25-0646C/July 23, 2025/LMW 8
