A – March 21, 2018): Delete this section in its entirety and insert revised Section 22 11 13 – Facility Water Distribution Piping (Addendum No. 1 – Rev. B – March 28, 2018). III. CLARIFICATIONS TO BIDDERS (ATTACHED): 1. Sketch No. E-4 is attached clarifying Detail 1 in Drawing No. E8-01. 2. Door Hardware Schedule. IV. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS: 1. Question: Does the Bond need to be jury? Response: For bonding requirements refer to the Construction Contract (paragraph 4 – Compliance with Bonding Requirements), Invitation for Bids (paragraph – General Requirements; Bonding Requirements) and Instructions to Bidders (Paragraph 4). 2. Question: At TOR: Does Phase 1A includes the medical gases piping? Response: Yes. TOR, Phase 1A scope of work includes cold water, vacuum, oxygen air and medical air piping, including testing. Prospective Bidders are hereby advised of the following changes to the Contract Documents for the above-mentioned project. IFB025JFLHC18(C) PHASE 1 (T.O.R. – TEMPORARY OPERATING ROOMS) AND PHASE 2 (DIALYSIS) IFB025JFLHC18(C) CLARIFICATIONS TO BIDDERS I. CLARIFICATIONS TO BIDDERS - DRAWINGS 1. In Drawing No. C1-10 – Demolition Plan - Phase 1 (T.O.R.), existing lighting poles removal shall be as per Figure No. 1, attached. 2. In Drawing No. C2-10 – Site Plan - Phase 1 (T.O.R.), existing lighting poles removal shall be as per Figure No. 2, attached. Figure No. 1 By Others By Contractor (included in Scope of Work) IFB025JFLHC18(C) Figure No. 2 Note: This Addendum forms part of the Contract Documents and must be included by Prospective Bidders in their proposals.
