ACTNO. 8340 BILL NO. 33-0386 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2020 An Act providing for the lump sum appropriation from the Health Revolving Fund for fiscal year October 1, 2020, through September 30, 2021 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following amount, or so much of it as may be necessary to accomplish the purposes specified, is appropriated from funds available or deposited in the Health Revolving Fund for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2021. FY 2021 6079 HEALTH REVOLVING FUND NON-LAPSING 700 DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TOTAL DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH $2,964,136 TOTAL HEALTH REVOLVING FUND NON-LAP $2,964,136 Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 29, 2020.
