Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. 3 Section 412(8) of the Energy Conservation and Pro- 4 duction Act (42 U.S.C. 6862(8)) is amended by striking 5 ‘‘and the District of Columbia’’ and inserting ‘‘, the Dis- 6 2 •HR 3852 IH trict of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the United States Vir- 1 gin Islands’’. 2 Æ
