ACT NO. $117 BILL NO. 32-0306 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2018 An Act amending title 18 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 19, section 492 (a) relating to the form of the official election ballot to repeal the requirement for the candidate’s photograph to appear on the ballot ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding title 18 Virgin Islands Code section 6, section 492 (b) of title 18 Virgin Islands Code, is amended by striking the second sentence in its entirety.
