IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES JANUARY 4, 2005 Mrs. CHRISTENSEN introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Homeland Security A BILL To require the Secretary of Homeland Security to establish at least one Border Patrol unit for the Virgin Islands of the United States. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. BORDER PATROL UNIT FOR VIRGIN ISLANDS. 3 Not later than September 30, 2006, the Secretary of 4 Homeland Security shall establish at least one Border Pa- 5 trol unit for the Virgin Islands of the United States. 6 Æ
