ACTNO, @618 BILL NO. 30-0367 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2014 An Act ratifying Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-06-12 (FL) and Lease issued to Dopetri, Inc. —0--- WHEREAS, the St. Thomas Committee of the Virgin Islands Coastal Zone Commission issued Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-06-12 (FL) to Dopetri, Inc, on June 13, 2013, and the Governor approved the Permit on January 30, 2014; and WHEREAS, the Lease for the occupancy of filled land between the Government of the Virgin Islands and Dopetri, Inc. was executed on July 11, 2013; and WHEREAS, Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-06-12 (FL) and the Lease Agreement authorize the continued use and occupancy of 11,993.71 sq. ft. of filled submerged land, with an existing two-story building of 4, 176 sq. ft., at Parcel No. 44 Estate Sub Base, St. Thomas; and WHEREAS, title 12, section 911 (e) of the Virgin Islands Code provides that Governor’s approval must be ratified by the Legislature; and WHEREAS, the Legislature has determined that the grant of Coastal Zone Permit No. …
