ACTNO, 7007 BILL NO. 27-0193 TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2008 An Act amending 33 V.LC., chapter 111, §3004 establishing the Beach Access Account within the Land Bank Fund and making an appropriation ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 33 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 111, section 3004 is amended by adding subsection (g) to read as follows: “(g) There is established within the Land Bank Fund, a separate account designated the "Beach Public Access Account". The Commissioner of Finance shall maintain and provide for the administration of the account as a separate and distinct account within the Land Bank Fund, and no monies in the account are available for expenditure except as provided by this subsection. …
