ACTNO. 796° BILL NO. 31-0490 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2016 An Act amending Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-3 by rezoning Parcel No. 10A Estate Emmaus, No. 2 Coral Bay Quarter, St. John, Virgin Islands, from R-2 (Residential — Low Density, One and Two-Family), W-1 (Waterfront — Pleasure and Density) and W-2 (Waterfront—Industrial) to W-1 (Waterfront - Pleasure) «--f)--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, the Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-3 for the island of St. John is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 10A Estate Emmaus, No. 2 Coral Bay Quarter, St. John, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 7.64 U.S. acres, more or less, as described on Drawing No. D9-1236-T76, from R-2 (Residential —- Low Density, One and Two-Family), W-1 (Waterfront — Pleasure and Density) and W-2 (Waterfront — Industrial) to W-1 (Waterfront - Pleasure).
