ACT NO. 6713 BILL NO. 25-0239 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2004 To provide for the operating expenses of the Public Employees Relation Board and the Labor Management Committee ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. There is appropriated from the Union Arbitration Award and Government Employees Increment Fund, established title 33, Virgin Islands Code, section 3066, the sum of $500,000 to the Public Employees Relations Board for operating expenses in fiscal year ending September 30, 2005. The sum shall remain available until expended. SECTION 2. There is appropriated from the Union Arbitration Award and Government Employees Increment Fund, established under title 33, Virgin Islands Code, section 3066, the sum of $75,000 to the Labor Management Committee for operating expenses in fiscal year ending September 30, 2005.
