ACT NO.6606 BILL NO. 25-0079 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session - 2003 To rezone Plot No. 4N Estate Sion Farm, Queen’s Quarter, St. Croix from R-2 (Residential -— Low Density, One and Two Family) to B-2 (Business~ Secondary/Neighborhood) ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, section 238, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No SCZ-12 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation of Plot No. 4N Estate Sion Farm, Queen’s Quarter, consisting of approximately 0.5 U.S. acres, and more particularly described on PWD Drawing No. 5084, dated September 30, 1997, and revised on June 6, 2000, from R-2 (Residential - Low Density, One and Two Family) to B-2 (Business — Secondary / Neighborhood). Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 3, 2003.
