ACTNO. 8306 BILL NO. 33-0249 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2020 An Act amending title 7 chapter 1, subchapter IV, section 16 of the Virgin Islands Code by adding a new subsection mandating the Department of Agriculture and the Department of Tourism to host an agricultural conference known as the V.I. Agricultural Caribbean Conference, alternately and annually in the District of St. Croix and the District of St. Thomas and St. John Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 7, chapter 1, subchapter IV, section 16 of the Virgin Islands Code is amended by re-designating subsection (d) as subsection (e) and inserting a new subsection (d) that reads as follows: “(d)(1) The Virgin Islands Department of Agriculture and the Department of Tourism shall host an agricultural conference known as the V.
