Title 9, chapter 22 of the Virgin islands Code is amended by striking “biennial” and inserting “annual” wherever it appears in the chapter, as it relates to the license renewal period of a money transmission, check cashing or currency exchange business and the license renewal period of an authorized delegate of a money transmission, check cashing or currency exchange business.
