THOMAS TUTU PARK MALL VOTING CENTER TEMPORARILY CLOSES Supervisor of Elections, Caroline F. Fawkes, announces the temporary closure of the Tutu Park Mall Voting Center due to positive cases of COVID-19. The Charlotte Amalie High School Gymnasium Voting Center is unaffected and continues to operate from 9:00AM – 6:00PM. A decision on the re-opening of the Tutu Park Mall Voting Center will be publicly announced on Friday, July 29th, after poll workers have been retested and the facility has been completely sanitized. The Elections System continues to follow COVID-19 protocols established by the Department of Health and have consulted with the Commissioner of Health for guidance regarding this matter. Early Voting for the 2022 Primary Election began on Monday, July 18, 2022, and concludes on Monday, August 1, 2022. Hours of operation are 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM daily on St. Thomas and St. Croix. On St. John, Early Voting hours are 9:00AM – 4:00PM. The Early Voting locations are as follows: • District of St. Croix – Elections Office-Sunny Isle Shopping Center Unit 26 • District of St Croix- St. Joseph Church Hospitality Lounge • District of St. Thomas-St. John- Charlotte Amalie High School Gymnasium • District of St. Thomas-St. John- Tutu Park Mall (former Scotia Bank location) • District of St. Thomas – St. John - Julius Sprauve Elementary School (St. John) For any question or concern, please contact the Elections offices at 340-773-1021 (St. Croix Elections Office) or 340-774-3107 (St. Thomas Elections Office). ###
