ACT NO.6653 | BILL NO. 25-0167 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS , OF THE UNITED STATES | Regular Session 2004 To amend Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-13 for Parcel No. 5 Estate Pearl, Queens Quarter, St. Croix, from A-1 (Agriculture) to C (Commercial) with conditions ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-13 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 5 Estate Pearl, Queens Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 7.02 U.S. acres, as more adequately described on Department of Public Works Drawing No. 588, dated May 1957, from A-1 (Agriculture) to C (Commercial) with the condition that the owner construct a perimeter fence and install a landscaped buffer to mitigate the visual impact of the development on adjacent properties. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on March 11, 2004. …
