The following sum, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Fund for operating expenses, including maintenance, supplies machinery and equipment and other purposes of the Virgin Islands Career and Technical Education Board for the fiscal year October 1,2019 through September 30, 2020.
