ACT NO.65 40 BILL NO. 24-0268 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2002 To provide for the lump sum appropriation from the Health Revolving Fund for Fiscal Year October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003 ---(0)--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. (a) The following sum, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from funds available or deposited in the Health Revolving Fund for the Fiscal Year ending September 30, 2003, to the Department of Health. The sum shall remain available until expended and is appropriated as follows: FISCAL YR 2003 FUND 314000 Health Revolving Fund ORG 3600 Dept. of Health C/CNTR E14368 Health Revolving Fund TOTAL C/CNTR — E14368 2,842,467 TOTAL ORG 3600 2,842,467 TOTAL FUND 314000 2,842,467 2 SECTION 2. The Department of Health, having been granted a lump-sum budget under this Act, is exempt from the provisions of title 2, chapter 2, section 28 (b), Virgin Islands Code.
