BILL NO. 25-0106 TWEN TY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2003 To provide for the lump-sum appropriation from the Indirect Cost Fund for salaries, operating expenses and for other purposes of the Office of Management and Budget, the Division of Personnel, the Department of Property and Procurement and the Department of Finance for the fiscal year October 1, 2003, through September 30, 2004. ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated from the Indirect Cost Fund for operating expenses, including wages and salaries, and other purposes of the Office of Management and Budget, the Division of Personnel, the Department of Property and Procurement and the Department of Finance for Fiscal Year October 1, 2003, to September 30, 2004, and shall remain available until expended. …
