Francis Command Police Station and reported that a minor was sexually assaulted. Members of the Criminal Investigation Bureau were notified, and an investigation was conducted. Witnesses were obtained and the investigation disclosed that Mr. Isaac Belardo 20-years-old, an adult male sexually assaulted a 12-year-old female. No bail was set; Mr. Belardo was remanded to the John Bell Correctional Facility pending his Advice of Rights Hearing set for August 24, 2022, at the Superior Court. ###
