ACTNO.902 8 BILL NO. 36-0167 THIRTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2025 An act providing an appropriation for the salaries and expenses of the University of the Virgin Islands for the fiscal year October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The sum of $29,100,958 is appropriated from the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands to the University of the Virgin Islands Fund for expenditure by the University of the Virgin Islands during the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, for the purposes hereinafter named in this section in accordance with the provisions of title 17 Virgin Islands Code, chapters 33 and 35. …
