ACT NO. 7606 BILL NO. 30-0363 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2014 An Act rezoning Parcel No. 62-5 Estate Thomas, No. 6A New Quarter, St. Thomas from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) to R-5 (Residential-High Density) —0-— Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Official Zoning Map STZ-7 for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the zoning designation of Parcel No. 62-5 Estate Thomas, No. 6A New Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting 5.433 U.S. acres, as described on OLG Map No. D9-8665- TO12 dated April 12, 2012, from R-1 (Residential-low Density) to R-5 (Residential-High Density).
