ACT NO. $125 BILL NO. 32-0301 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 201$ An Act amending section 13 of Act No.7261 by changing an annual appropriation to the Government Employees Retirement System from a direct contribution to the System to a contribution towards the employer’s outstanding contributions ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature ofthe Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Section 13 of Act 7261 is amended by striking “as a direct contribution” and inserting “for outstanding employer contributions”.
