ACT NO.6579 BILL NO. 25-0041 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2003 To authorize and ratify a Lease Agreement dated April 11, 2003, by and between the Government of the Virgin Islands acting by and through the Department of Planning and Natural Resources, as Landlord, (the "Government”) and IN-USVI, LLC, a U.S. Virgin Islands limited liability company, as Tenant (“IN-USVI’) (the “Lease”) in connection with certain submerged lands as described therein, and to authorize and ratify Coastal Zone Management Permit No. CZT-5-03W issued by the St. Thomas Committee of the Virgin Islands Coastal Zone Management Commission (the “CZM Committee”) to IN- USVI authorizing development of certain submerged lands as described therein ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1.
