Gomez Elementary School, the “Rubena G. Todman-Gutliffe Drive” |e WHEREAS, Rubena G. Todman-Gutliffe was born on March 26, 1945 in Tortola, British Virgin Islands, the last child born to Adocia and Pedrito Todman; and WHEREAS, Rubena G. Todman-Gutliffe was raised in the Watch House Area of Fahie Hill and Georges North Side, Tortola, British Virgin Islands; and WHEREAS, at a young age, Rubena G. Todman-Gutliffe left Tortola, British Virgin Islands to seek employment in St. Thomas, United States Virgin Islands and arrived twenty-nine (29) days later; and WHEREAS, Rubena G.
