Richards; Co-Sponsored by: Senators Violet Anne Golden, Norman Jn-Baptiste, Gregory A. Bennerson, Roosevelt St. C. David, David S. Jones, Almando "Rocky" Liburd, Donald “Ducks” Cole, George E. Goodwin and Lorraine L. Berry cok OOAN ODOT PWN = BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 3, Chapter 25, Virgin Islands Code, is amended in the following instances: (a) Section 451a, subsection (b), paragraph (8) is amended to read as follows: "(8) an officer or employee in a position of a policy-determining nature when the position is so designated by the Governor and submitted to the Legislature; and an employee who is a special assistant, or who is on special assignment to, or whose position requires a confidential r relationship to a policy-making official when the position is so designated by the Governor and submitted to the Legislature."
