Be- cause of the lack of nurses for launching (a2 Health Coaszarvation Prozram, the Red Uross appropriated SIOO,OOO {ov scholarships to remedy this situation. All schoiarships are recommended by ithe Rad Cross ilirectorsof Nursing with final approval from National Headguarters.
