~ BILL NO. 30-0221 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2013 An Act appropriating $1,125,000 from the Union Arbitration Award and Government Employees Increment Fund, as a contribution to the General Fund for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2014 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the use limitations established in 33 V.I.C. §3066 (b), the sum of $1,125,000 is appropriated from the Union Arbitration Award and Government Employees Increment Fund in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2014, as a contribution to the General Fund.
