Airport Rescue Grant Offer Ratified the August 20, 2021 Poll Vote authorizing the Executive Director to execute and accept the Airport Rescue Grant Offer No. 3-78-0001-048- 2021 for the Cyril E. King Airport in the amount of $6,414,630 (American Rescue Plan Act). FINANCE COMMITTEE FY 2019 Supplemental Appropriation Grant Approved or authorized the Executive Director’s Execution of the FY 2019 Supplemental Appropriation Grant No. 3-78-0001-047-2021 through Resolution 004-2021 on behalf of VIPA for the Cyril E. King Airport, as required by the FAA Transmittal letter dated May 12, 2020. PROPERTY COMMITTEE No actions taken. PROJECTS & PERSONNEL COMMITTEE South Tender Pier Landing – Bid Award Approved the proposal submitted by Eleven Construction, LLC not to exceed $1,708,000 to repair the hurricane-damaged south tender landing pier at the Ann E. Abramson Marine Facility in Frederiksted, St. Croix. The project will be funded via an appropriation by the 34th Legislature of the Virgin Islands.
