ACT NO.65 19 BILL NO. 24-0243 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2002 To amend Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-6, for Plot No. 2Q, Estate Constitution Hill, Queen’s Quarter, St. Croix, from R-1 to B-3 ---0)--- SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No.SCZ-6 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation of Plot No. 2Q, Estate Constitution Hill, Queen’s Quarter, St. Croix, from R-1 (Residential - Low Density) to B-3 (Business — Scattered).
