ACT NO. 6712 BILL NO. 25-0238 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2004 To provide for an appropriation from the Tourism Advertisement Revolving Furd to the Department of Housing, Parks and Recreation, the Virgin Islands Police Department and the Department of Public Works for the fiscal year October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005 ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. (a) The following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated from any funds available in the Tourism Advertising Revolving Fund, in fiscal year ending September 30, 2005, to the Department of Housing, Parks and Recreation and the Department of Public Works to fund various festival clean-up expenses and to the Virgin Islands Police Department to hire new police officers pursuant to Act No. 6578 (Bill No. 25-0034): FISCAL YR 2005 FUND 393000 TOURISM ADV.
