ACT NO, 6934 BILL NO. 27-0066 TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2007 An Act approving the projects to be funded with a $1,792,507 Community Development Block Grant (“CDBG”) from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”), amending 14 V.I.C., section 1727 relating to sexual offender registration records, 17 V.I.C., section 512 relating to the Teacher Incentive Scholarship Program, amending 24 V.LC. relating to conditions of receipt of unemployment benefits, making several appropriations and for various other purposes ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 3 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 5, section 67, the Legislature approves for funding in the amount of $1,792,507 from FY 2007 grant those projects enumerated in APPENDIX A, which is incorporated into this Act by this reference.
