Water Heroes Program: Activity Sheet #1 A. Survey: How Much Water Do You Use Student Name:________________________________________Date:__________________ Directions: This is a survey to find how much water you use in your home/school each day. Column A lists a few common activities that you may do everyday that use clean water. In Column B, you will need to fill in for each row how many times per day you perform that activity either at home or at school. Column C lists estimates of how much water is used when performing that activity. Water Heroes Program: Activity Sheet #1 A. Survey: How Much Water Do You Use Student Name:________________________________________Date:__________________ Directions: This is a survey to find how much water you use in your home/school each day. Column A lists a few common activities that you may do everyday that use clean water. In Column B, you will need to fill in for each row how many times per day you perform that activity either at home or at school. Water Quality Test: Directions: In Column A, write down the color of your pH test for your water sample.
