ACTNO. 8355 BILL NO. 33-0402 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2020 An Act providing an appropriation from the Tourism Advertising Revolving Fund to the Office of Management and Budget, the Virgin Islands Police Department, the Department of Public Works, the Virgin Islands Waste Management Agency and the Department of Tourism during the fiscal year October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other law, the following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated in the fiscal year ending October 1, 2020 to September 30, 2021, from any funds available in the Tourism Advertising Revolving Fund, to: (1) the Office of Management and Budget through the Division of Economic Research to conduct travel exit surveys and other tourism and economic studies and activities; and (2) the Virgin Islands Police Department for police operations on St. Thomas/St. John and St. Croix. …
