ACT NO.6581 BILL NO. 25-0035 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2003 To amend section 115, subsection (c) of Act No. 6427 to include hazardous duty employees of the Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority (“WAPA”) for retirement purposes; to appropriate monies for a public cemetery; and to appropriate monies from the Union Arbitration Award and Government Employees Increment Fund to the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Section 115, subsection (c), Act No. 6427, is hereby amended by adding a comma (,) after the phrase “Public Works Department” and inserting the language “the Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority (““WAPA”),” immediately thereafter.
