Pursuant to title 29 V.ILC. §238a, a zoning use variance is granted to Parcel No. 3 Estate Mafolie, No. 8F-Great Northside Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of 3,397 square feet, as shown on PWD Map No. F9-1150-T63, dated May 14, 1963, from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two-Family) to allow for professional offices. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on April 24, 2014.
