BILL NO. 31-0046 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2015 An Act amending title 23 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 5, relating to concealed weapons establishing special requirements or concealed weapons licenses in the Virgin Islands ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 23 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 5 is amended as follows: (a) In section 451 by re-designation the affected subsections accordingly and adding new subsections (c) and (e) that read: “(c) ‘Concealed firearm or handgun’ means a firearm or handgun that is covered, hidden, or secreted in a manner that the public would not be aware of its presence and is readily accessible for immediate use. …
