ACT NO.645 1 BILL NO. 24-0130 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2001 To provide for the operating expenses of the Public Employees Relations Board and the Labor Management Committee ---()--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. There is appropriated from the Union Arbitration Award and Government Employees Increment Fund, established pursuant to title 33, section 3066, Virgin Islands Code, the sum of $600,000 to the Public Employees Relations Board for operating expenses in the Fiscal Year 2002. Such sum shall remain available until expended. SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated from the Union Arbitration Award and Government Employees Increment Fund, established pursuant to title 33, section 3066, Virgin Islands Code, the sum of $103,473 to the Labor Management Committee for operating expenses in Fiscal Year 2002. Such sum shall remain available until expended. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 24, 2001. …
