ET CRODIZ A 1D Be it resolved by the Colonial Council for St. Croix in session assembled: That the unexpended portion of the pension granted former Sicknurse Ri z- berg at Richmond for the fiscal year 1920-1921, Item XIII, Sub-Item 10, on the Budget for the Municipality of St. Croix, be paid to his” widow Elizabeth Ritzberg. Thus duly passed by the Colonial Coun- cil for St. Croix at its 4th Ordinary Meet- ing held Monday, December 13, 1920. F. ANDERSEN, ROBT. L. MERWIN, Actg. Secretary. Chairman. The above Resolution is hereby sanc- tioned and approved, in whole. Witnes: my hand and the Seal of the Governmentof the Virgin Islands of the United States, this 28th day of Decem- ber 1920. | J. W.
