ACT NO.9 0 2 3 BILL NO. 36-0162 THIRTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2025 An act appropriating $20,000,000 from the Virgin Islands Insurance Guaranty Fund as a contribution to the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands in the fiscal year October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other law, the sum of $20,000,000 is appropriated from the Virgin Islands Insurance Guaranty Fund in the fiscal year October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026 as a contribution to the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands.
