A{O. o As several planters in the last . years have neglected to meet at the | fixed time and place to deliver their - taxlists, the Commission begs to ' announce that taxlists will not be . received for any quarter, at any . other time or place than above .~ stated. In case persons neglect to . deliver a taxlist for any estate in due time, the Commission will, be= fore closing the meeting assess the ~ tax for said estate according to the ~ best of its knowledge.
