SUGAR NOTES. Health Commissioner Robertson, of Chicago, racently put on sale 300,000 pounds of sugar for retail grocers. It was sold on the cash and carry plan. The only string that was tied to it was that the grocers had to pay cash and haul it hom~ themselves. The amount available so. :ach grocer was 100 pounas ior which he paid sl2.
