ACT NO. 65 23 BILL NO 24-0247 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2002 To amend Official Zoning District Maps of St. Thomas/St. John Nos. STZ-7 and STZ-8 to rezone Parcel No. 17-E Estate Bovoni (Western Part), Nos. 1 & 2 Frenchman’s Bay Quarter, St. Thomas from R-1 to C ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map Nos. STZ-7 and STZ-8 for the island of St. Thomas is amended to change the zoning designation of Parcel No. 17-E Estate Bovoni (Western Part) Nos. 1 & 2 Frenchman’s Bay Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands from R-] (Residential — Low Density) to C (Commercial).
