ACTNO. 8754 BILL NO. 35-0165 THIRTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2023 An Act providing an appropriation from the Virgin Islands Insurance Guaranty Fund as a contribution to the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands for the fiscal year October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other law, the sum of $8,000,000 is appropriated from the Virgin Islands Insurance Guaranty Fund for the fiscal year October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024, as a contribution to the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands.
